Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They added $1,700 to the installation price for a service panel upgrade. During the installation it was determined that a service panel upgrade was not needed. A reimbursement for the difference was started mid December 2022. I have not received any updates from the company despite calling many times. I also never received an itemized bill detailing the expenses. Only a single line for materials "Solar Equipment". The company also failed to deliver consumption monitoring, which I was told was included, until I didn't receive it. They also removed the EVSE charging, promising to install it later when supplies were available. I later leaned they had no intention of installing an EVSE and they fabricated supply chain issues to avoid installing those components. The monitoring dashboard is also slightly broken and only registers 28 of the 49 panels. The rest are only visible in the site map. Resolution Sought Primarily - Issue the refund for $1,700. A nice extra would be to install the CT meters for consumption monitoring, and fix the dashboard.
