Solar Mosaic installed our panels & messed up our breakers, they rearranged them, mislabeled them, our whole electric wiring in our home giving us problems, they blew out the transformer so we placed a call and the only response we get is "Not our problem." Been dealing with this for the past year. They sent a few Techs out but nothing has been resolved. I live in the Valley and it's hard not having A/C esp since I've been paying timely on my loan. Resolution Sought Do their job right, come fix it, be professional.

Mosaic Loan Agreement Loan No. 566301; Solar Loan No. 326655. The complained of Loan Agreement originated from Sun Country Solar DBA Sun Country Construction CSLB License No. 1054677 on 9/17/2022 in the amount of $24,000.00 at 3.24 annual Percentage Rate. The "Loan Start Date" was to be the date funds were first sent to Installation contractor Sun Country Solar DBA Sun Country Construction as described in the "Loan Disbursement Schedule" in the Agreement. The first payment was due on the earlier of : (1) fifteen (15) days after confirmation was received from your Installation Contractor, that the system was operational or (2); three (3) months after the Loan Start Date whereby a final Loan Closing Certificate would be issued updating the Payment schedule. As of today 3-15-2023 the system still is not operational. According to Mosaic Loan Closing Certificate dated 2/3/2023 my first payment due, was on 3/1/2023 which is in Breech of the Mosaic Loan Agreement dated 9/17/2022 for (Confirmation has not been given that system is operational)! Mosaic is fully aware that according to contractor (Sky Country Solar Home Improvement Contract dated 10-31-2022), the final payment cash or finance, was due and authorized upon passing the city inspection nor has permission been given by City of Banning Electric Utility for it to be turned on! 11/30/ 2022, Mosaic first disbursed $13,200.00 to the Contractor (Sky Country Solar) 1/8/2023 Mosaic disbursed the final $10,800.00 Resolution Sought Mosaic Breached the Mosaic & Sky Country Solar Home Improvement Contracts by distributing funds prior to the installation being completed or approved by the utility company. Therefore I want Mosaic to issue a new Loan Closing Certificate reflecting a new monthly payment beginning date of a date the Installation is actually completed , approved and turned on by the Banning Utility company!
