I am a HVAC contractor out of McComb Ms. Who has been buying HVAC equipment from Solar Supply for over 20 years, from all states, I've been in AL. Working for the last year, who continued to use Solar Supply out of Daphane AL. Who has been selling me equipment for the last 6 weeks. On July 11, 2022, I called Solar Supply to order 4 ton condensing unit for my neighbor, spoke with a guy name Chad, who gave me a price of 2100.00. At pick up mind you this same guy sold me units in the past. He put me on hold then came back to the phone and asked me wat kind of HVAC guy was I, I told him that I was a subcontractor for a lot of different companies in serval different states, and that I traveled a lot I also mentioned to him that I was a black guy. Chad told me that they was going to sell me anymore units and hung the phone up, I call back to talked to the store manager who was really rude who told me that they could choose to tell their equipment to whom ever they wanted to and that if I needed something buy it from somewhere else. So I reached out to the corporate ofc. In LA. Who had the area Manger Larry to call me, While I was starting another account whith with a HVAC vendor that I would call him back afterwards, I called back 3 times only to be placed on hold for15 to 20 mins. At a time, still no Larry, still no answer, I want someone to explain to me why I was denied through right to buy the same equipment that white business owner are enjoying. Resolution Sought A written apology from the store manager as well as to be able to buy the same equipment as others
