Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The solar panels, battery pack, & everything that comes with it was installed without approved permits from the city. I call the company to speak to a supervisor & they tell me they're in meetings. The panels have not been activated because they are saying we needed an upgrade to our electrical panel, which we did do. They then wanted proof that the panel was permitted, I sent them a copy of the permit. They now want another paper saying it's permitted with final inspection. The paper I sent says FINAL. What more do they want?? Our other issue is with the loan company, we are being charged for the panels that are illegally put on our home. Resolution Sought Take their equipment off my house & fix anything that is ruined by the work they did. (Ex. Holes in the walls & roof)
