Somersworth Nails complaints

I went to an appointment at 4:15 to get my nails done. I was absolutely embarrassed by the owner of the nail salon in front of a customer two customers actually once she was doing somebody's nails I was explaining how some of my nails looked different like the length and the shape that I wanted them to be fixed the way I like them because I've been paying a lot of money. It's my fifth time going there. She started yelling at me telling me if I didn't like it the way they do it then I can leave. I said well I'm paying for my nails. I would like to get how I would like to get them done is the way I like my nails I said I've never had a complaint. She's like well sometimes you come back two months three months. I said it doesn't matter if I come back two months or three months or in two weeks if I come back and I pay for my nails, I should be able to get my nails done and let you guys know the problem about my nails that you guys are doing so you guys can fix the problem. A gentleman was doing my nails at 4:15 then all of a sudden he stopped doing my nails around 5 o'clock because the second customer came in and the same director Manager) owner started screaming at me again telling me all these things telling me all these names telling me that don't come here no more that they're gonna stop doing my nails that I need to have a little bit. More respect I said respect I'm telling you guys the truth about my nails that you guys are doing wrong because they're all different shapes a Resolution Sought I got humiliated embarrassed in front of customers employees I want a refund for my nails that I paid for $85 as well as some kind of compensation for the way that I was treated in front of these customers that were just staring and looking at me there was little kids in there her as an owner as a store manager director Supervisor it's not OK They told me if I don't like it then to leave go elsewhere and I said well that's how you really treat your customers huh?
