At this point I don't care. I don't expect anything to be done. I think someone needs to understand the poor caliber of Sonic employees in Waynesboro

Went to SONIC in Waynesboro, VA on 06/17/2020, ordered 1 hotdog and 1 coke. Waited over an hour for food while 3 cars arrived, got served, and left. As I was starting to drive around store waitress brought food, which was cold and inedible. I asked to speak to a manager who refused to come out. Have tried to speak with her every day since then except one. She refuses. No one who works there knows the GM or owner's name and although I have left info for them to reach me no one has done so. Sorry, rude employees who evidentially are not smart enough to deal with a customer and don't even know supervisor's name.
