Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I ordered a speaker box which said it would ship in 2-4 weeks. 4 weeks went by and no shipment. I spoke with them and they said it would be an additional 4 weeks. I canceled order and requested refund. They stated on the 7th it would be refunded. It is now the 14th and no refund still. I need a resolution quickly. Resolution Sought I would like a refund in full amount
