We were having a new exterior door sized and hung. A middle aged supervisor showed up. He was visibly upset on exiting his vehicle. I greeted him, but he just ignored me and walked into the house. My wife tried to get his attention to offer him a chocolate for Valentine's Day. He very aggressively said, "You people need to back off". She left the room and came to tell me. I tried to discuss it with this man, but he continued to flatly ignore me, not even making eye contact. Before he left, my wife tried to talk calmly with him about it. He quickly became agitated, raising his voice, pointing his finger and aggressively moving into her personal space. I stepped in and between them to shield her. He continued to blame my wife and was verbally abusive towards both of us. He got into his vehicle. He rolled down his window and told me, "Have a nice life with your fucked up wife". I immediately ordered him off my property. He backed down our drive very recklessly at a high rate of speed. Mario Santana and his crew did a good job but did take about 5 hours to size and hang the door. I have no problem with them. This man seemed to be blaming my wife and I for their slow progress. That part I don't understand. However, his aggressive attitude, physical bearing and verbal abuse are beyond the pale. Being a medical practitioner myself, I later had to wonder if he perhaps has a mental illness or has substance abuse issues. As you can imagine, this has both my wife and I upset.
