I was cyber bullied by another PlayStation user who used an extreme homophobic slur against me starting with the letter "F." This person used this word twice then continued by calling me an "F'ing crybaby." So I went ahead and reported this player to PlayStation. About 5 hours later I get an email from Sony saying I am permanently banned. They will not tell me what I am banned for or why this has happened. But I have over 100 games and have spent thousands of dollars as a customer with PlayStation. And I no longer have access to these games and products that I've bought now. It does not seem right that they have such an awful customer service and treat their loyal consumers with such lack of care. I believe I am entitled to the purchases and products that I own and have spent my hard earned money to obtain. And I also at the very least believe I have a right to know why my account is now permanently banned but they will not give me that respect. I have appealed this ban without success and still am not being told to why such a major decision has been made to take away my account that had so much time and money spent on it. After this, I am ready to switch gaming services to Xbox. I feel this is unacceptable considering I was the one being called awful names and went ahead and reported this person but I got punished. My trust towards PlayStation safety is now at an all time low as well. They treat their customers like dirt if this is how valued customers are treated. 1 star Resolution Sought Either refund me for the games I can no longer play or reinstate my account. Whatever I said, I don't believe should be punished so harshly that all the money and time I spent on this product is now wasted. It seems like such a harsh punishment to take away all of the games/ products somebody owns because your feelings are a bit hurt. And again, I reported someone else for vulgar language but I was the one that was punished. I can't seem to understand this…

I was banned for 60 days because I typed "SMD" (So Much Disrespect). I have not violated any code of conduct rules. I have spent over $4,000 dollars on this games this year!!! I am irate to be suspended because someone called me a "trashcan" and I responded by typing "smd" "do much disrespect ". This is Outrageous! Resolution Sought I want all my money back that I spent on this game including the cost of the game (149.99 plus tax) which is $4,132.06. I have proof. I also want my account unlocked b3cause I did nothing wrong. I am started to feel like I am being targeted because my last suspension I served to suspensions for 1 incident! Refund my money and unlock my account. Or else I will have to take the next action as outlined in the EULA as well as take legal action with a Lawyer/Litigator I've contacted Fram Perdomo
