On 4/24/22 I had a house fire. I employed SOS Emergency Home Services to rebuild my home. This contractor Joseph Panzarella did the job up until the last check. October 13, 2023 I stated to Joesph Panzarella that I would issue him $50,000 and that after all the Ville inspections and certification were issued he would get the remaining balance. This said contractor refused to do any work with out the balance. I gave him a copy of what the Village of Hempstead required in order for me to move in my home and he still refused to do any other work without the balance. I tried to meet him in the middle and I issued him another check for $10,000 he still did not do anything. I had to hire someone to complete the job to get into my home. Resolution Sought This contractor put a $36,000 lien on my home. I would like that off and for him to refund the money that he owes me for paying people to complete his job that he was already paid for.
