Customer Complaint

I had to hire another plumber to come and fix their work. I also had a leak from a valve they installed which leaked into the ceiling on the apartment downstairs. I now have water damage and have to hire a plumber a second time to fix the work this company did. I tried to have the original plumber come back and fix the first problem, which was air left in the lines on the boiler. He said he would come then never showed up and won't return my calls. Now the water damage this is just too much. It's not fair they can do this bad of a job and cause this much damage and get away with it. Resolution Sought I want my money back at the very least. Not to mention I had to miss work to fix the issues caused by their bad work. I also now have water damage to repair and additional fees from having to hire another plumber to fix their work twice now.
