I seen an add where they had knives for just pay shipping and handling of $9.95 free knives they said, and they have charged my bank account for $57 in Dec. and in Jan. again, I didn't authorize these charges, but they have my financial info from the shipping and handling payment. This is in my opinion a crooked fraudulent way of getting money from people, even if it's in a very fine print somewhere, this ripoff company needs to refund my money. Resolution Sought Refund my money, however I had to cancel my debit card from them charging me again so they would have to mail me a payment because I'm not giving them anymore financial information so they could screw me again.

This was described in the offer and on the checkout page along with the Welcome to the community email you receive with the link, username and password at the time the order is placed. I've canceled the subscription for you, and refunded the past 60 days of charges per our return policy. Please allow 3-5 business days for bank processing time
