This company is a known scam company who unfortunately posed as a Macy's website. I order items shipped locally from California, however the tracking came from China, said delivered, and I never received anything. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded the $100 this company scammed out of me

I made 2 orders in November through this website totaling $59.30. I never got my items and when I emailed them they said everything was delivered but it wasn't. When I try to go back to their website, sounguesu.com, it's no longer working. This seems like a huge scam that I fell for and others too. I just wish I could get my money back at least. Resolution Sought I just want my money back. They don't deserve my business.
