They messed up on shipping the items to me due to my location in a mountain town. We have talked over the phone several times about the issue over the course of three weeks now. I have since requested a refund which should have happened as they have received the items in their warehouse now and the time frame stated I'm their policy should concur with now or at least a day ago for my refund. Resolution Sought Reimbursement for what I never received and told them I want a refund. I spoke with two different departments and it was suppose to have happened by now.

Damion's package with UPS was returned to us at the end of November through no fault of our own due to address queries on the address provided to us by Damion reported by UPS. We have experienced some delays with returns due to the busy festive period but I'm pleased to confirm that Damion's refund was processed on December 9th and he was emailed confirmation of this.The funds will show back in his account in no more than 5 business days from processing.
