Customer Complaint

I checked in on May 14, 2022 and went to the room. Everything was closed that was advertised the pool, the beach. The boat ride, the room had no refrigerator or microwave there was a charge. The room was booked on booking.com to have a spa tub. The room did not come with one. The additional fee would be sixty dollars. I was told that if checked out I would be issued a refund. The owner is refusing my money to reimbursed to my card. I was told one thing and now I am being told two different things. I requested a refund and was not issued one. Resolution Sought I am requesting a refund, as I was informed that this would be no issue. I checked in, then out in 15 minutes.
