They had my car for over a month they are not trying to work with me I still have full coverage insurance on the I told them I needed another car it was a recall on the car that I have. Resolution Sought Another car.

This customer complaint was not the fault of our dealership. The car she purchased had a Ford Motor Company recall and she didn't want to give the Ford dealership time to fix the car since they couldn't tell her when the part would be available. She decided to turn the car back in for another vehicle, so the issue has been resolved.
