i was looking for a handyman to finish a partial floor in the attic, i asked for help with 4 small closets, i didnt know what to do with them but these guys painted them, they called it a skim paint job, and replace 5 doors, instead, nothing was done to the attic, only 3 doors did they put on and they each have problems, i was robbed, these guys are not contractors, i could send you pics so you can see for yourself, i filed a police report as i think this is larceny, i have not heard from this company, i reported them to the bbb, and filed a claim in small claims court but i have no date yet., south coast home repair responded to the bbb with lies, i have no personal relationship with these people yet they spoke about me, my friends, my cat even, i dont know what drugs they're on but i was robbed, when i asked for reciepts and my money back dylan wain told me he didnt have it, he had to pay his credit card, thats what he said to me., they purchased a bulk head door and had to take it back because it was the wrong size, they got a 2nd one, put it on and left, they did not measure that one right either as its too long and you can see outside with two gaping openings on each side, i have to have a real carpenter come and fix that bulk head, the very low end screen/storm door has to be changed, i didnt pick it out either but the handle stays locked even when its not, you must hit it really hard for it to open and the door leading to the basement is the wrong size.
Resolution Sought
i dont want them back in my home again as they have proved to me that they are men without honor or character, two wanna be's with no training or license in construction, carpentry or painting, they had a lot to say about me but nothing to say about giving me my money back, i dont think they bought these doors as i was denied reciepts, maybe that explains the bad fit on each of the 3 doors, they got me for almost 6,000.00, i'll take them to court, hot tub troy and dylan wain, two pretenders.
