Went to get my brakes checked out. They said they would take a look.. After two days of driving noticed my car was making the very same squeaky noise it originally was making. Owner of the business charged me for front brakes but failed to even look at the back brakes which are completely rusted. Then called two days later to state that the noise was still there and he said that he'll take it for a test drive. The fact that they never test drove the vehicle or even looked at the back brakes and only focused on the front brakes is ridiculous. Needless to say you can't bring your own parts or order your own parts for them to install they order them for you and charge you ridiculous taxes on top of that. These people should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage or overlooking and not even paying attention to the fact that it was my back brakes that needed more attention than the front. Now I'm stuck to go find another mechanic who will do a better job. They certainly lost my business. I have serviced "My cars" here for the past seven years! Do not put your trust in these people the mechanics are incompetent and the owner is a crook. Resolution Sought I would like a total full refund! On the work they did to my front brakes All taxes included.

I am shocked and appalled by this kind of backstabbing. Customer came here complaining her brakes are grinding in the front and car has no A/C. Tech diagnosed a faulty A/C compressor and seized up front brake calipers. Customer was advised car has a lot of miles and could use more mechanical work down the road. Customer complained money is an issue right now and wants us to only do what is broken at the moment. She picked up car, thanked us greatly and now this is what we get. We are always here to serve her!
