I bought this car was told there wasn't anything wrong with it. Took back the next day the oil pan was hanging down they didn't really fix it they used zip ties then 3040 miles later transmission went out i bought a 2yr warranty on it for 1300.00. In store warranty was for 3000 miles . What is 40 miles. They didn't tell me about the warranty when i bought it. This is the 2nd car from them that I've had problems with told him about the first one and he promised me there's nothing wrong with it. I think its fair they should at lease pay half of the $3700 to get it fixed. And refund the warranty back if its not going to cover anything Resolution Sought Pay for half of the repair or all the repair. It was only 40 miles over the warranty and refund the warranty.

Unfortunately, South Pacific Auto Sales is unable to predict if or when an issue may come up on a used vehicle. Therefore, we go over (an have you sign) numerous As-Is disclaimers at the time of purchase. You purchased a used vehicle, drove it for 6+ months and the transmission went out. Although this is super frustrating, this isn't the fault of anyone. Since these are used vehicles, we do offer customers extended service contracts. However, we are not in control of what those contracts cover and don't cover. We're sorry to hear about your vehicle, we're also sorry you felt it necessary to post numerous complaints across numerous platforms when we did absolutely nothing wrong. For these reasons, it's usually better for both parties, if we just part ways.
