They said they would return my guest deposit after I moved in to the rental and they did not. I have called them twice and the will not return my calls. So I e-mailed them and they will not respond. I need some help. Resolution Sought Give me my deposit back. Credit back to my credit card

The guest paid a total of $3672.24 The rent for 45 nights was $3446.61 The cleaning fee was $105.00 The resort fee was 120.63 A total of $3672.24 A deposit was not required at the time of his reservation. I just noticed he sent an email on 1/23/2021 and went to spam. I am willing to show proof that we never collected his deposit .
