My monthly bill came for 166.09 I went to the Clewiston office to dispute the amount. We are only two people in the household with no pool and no bathroom leakages, I checked before heading to file a complaint. The manager there , a lady, with a bossy attitude told me is my bill, which I denied, my monthly bills are in an average of $45 dollars, her resumed answer to
My complaint was "the next time I won't allowed you inside the office if you come to complain about your bill". I believe I have the right to complain for such high bill if it seems wrong! She has a nasty attitude and don't know any etiquette of customer service, most of us in the community are targeted to high bills without no explanation every blue moon! This is not right because if we don't pay it they disconnect services and are forced to accept it without complain based on her attitude!
