Contacted attorney Grady Roberts Junior about a title/deed matter in Dilley Texas and he does not return my calls when I want to find out what is going on to clarify the matter on the deed and title, I just want answers as to whether I can purchase a particular property in Dilley, Texas or not Resolution Sought I would like to clarify the issue with the deed & title, just get an answer, whether it's possible to buy a property in Dilley Texas or not. Any type of response from him is wanted, all he has told me once that we've spoken is that he is still working on it. And his admin always tells me that he is w/ a client or in court, but he has never called me back on this matter, not even once!

Company's letter states: We did a runsheet on the property we were asked about. There is a copy of our Runsheet complied from the records available in the office of the County and District Court Records of Frio County, Texas. We sent an email to Ms. Martinez and her lawyer, Mr. Donkersloot and I am enclosing a copy of that email. I have a copy of many records we looked at. This will not be an easy real estate deal to close.
