SouthEast Restoration put a roof on my house I'm August 7, 2015. I have cplained mamy times about the roof leaking. Usaa us who hired then to replace roof on house. I went in the attic there are broken boards splt boards missing pieces nails sticking through roof. They just felted an shingled over them. Didn't replace the boards. There are a bunch of boards broken missing pieces can see water spots on boards My roof leaks all over my house .. Laundry ceiling falling in. Front porch bad water spots rotten wood. That they didnt replace. Starting to Have a mold problem.. I told them the whole time my roof has leaked. I'm on a fixed income .. This my roof over my head. Been here 22 years. I have taken many pictures of different days an times. SouthEast Restoration tried to tell me water spots in kitchen bedrooms is from before roof was put on... Not true . Water spots have gotten bigger and darker. An there is more water spots .. you can see nails sticking through roof all over the house in the attic. I don't know how many boards are broken or missing . That were just left an felted & shingled over. This is such a stressful situation for me. I don't have the means to replace or fix my roof. Please I need help.. I need my roof fixed like it should of been done to start with. I painted the outside of my house . An àwings from roof leaking. Got to repaint front porch roof. Was painted. Doesn't look like it . Nothing but water spots . Resolution Sought Replace my roof like they were paid to do. Fix the broken rotten boards all over my house in attic all over house. .I'm afraid those rotten boards could callapse fall on me. sboardshould of been replaced to start with. Want them to pay for the mold damage an get rid of mold. Provide me with paint to paint interior ceilings where water spots are. An paint for exterior from roof leaking àwings front porch ceiling.
