Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I had luggage stolen from me off the bus I was recently traveling on. My bag was taking and the driver did not very that it did not belong to the passenger that got off. It's been a week and I have been calling them and I feel like they are giving me the run around. Everyone I spoken to keeps saying they don't know anything about it and I have spoken to someone the day it was stolen which was last Thursday the 13th and Monday the 17th. They said there is nothing they can do until the person brings the bag back. It's been a week. If someone took it by mistake it would've been returned the same day. Resolution Sought I would like for them cover the cost of what was in my bag. I had what I feel is important stuff in my bag and I had to basically replace some things when it's their fault I should i compensated.
