SAFCO has breached the entirety of Title 15 U.S.C. Subchapter 15. Primarily, this organization is falsely claiming to be verified, bonded, and associated with the United States and its State in order to pursue an alleged debt through a replica. The original document has changed hands multiple times and its current whereabouts are unknown to me. By requesting a copy of my consumer report, they are obligated to adhere to all regulations outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Their actions are damaging my reputation, defaming my character, and portraying me as a criminal while tarnishing my credit worthiness and my reputation. They are stripping away my dignity, moral principles, and integrity in an attempt to present themselves favorably to consumer reporting agencies. What is a man or woman to gain the whole world than to lose their souls in the end? SAFCO has engaged in deceptive practices by intentionally misrepresenting important information regarding the alleged auto loan. Their aim is to manipulate my intellectual understanding and take advantage of my lack of knowledge about the true facts, resulting in harm and prejudice to the consumer. The crucial fact that has been misrepresented is the failure to provide me with complete information about all the charges and fees associated with the loan. According to Title 15 U.S.C. 1605 and The Truth in Lending Act, the finance charge for any consumer credit transaction should include the sum of all charges. It is evident that Resolution Sought The feasible outcome would be in a title transfer!
