Your employee was idling his truck in my drive way for an extended period of time.

Your employee was idling his truck in my drive way for an extended period of time. When I asked him to stop the car so the idling would not contribute to undue emissions he moved the truck three feet forward to my neighbor's drive way. When I asked him to roll down the window to talk with him he claimed he couldn't hear me. When I gestured to roll down the window he threw up his hands and drove away. The license plate of the truck he was driving the morning of 11/9/22 at 9:45 am is 7139831. Please use this ex to instruct employees to 1) not block driveaways 2) turn vehicles off when stopped 3) have decent communications practices. Communicate!

Can't get any information about power being restored. Even the outage reporting people can't get any information for the 42 homes affected by the Windy fire. Outage #800059063 has not been updated for at least 6 days. How do you prepare your home for winter if you don't know if power will be restored in 6 days, 6 weeks, or 6 months???
