I signed up with the southern fibernet around 10 months ago the start with I paid $60.00 for a professional installation for the serviceman to come to my home hand me a modem and leave me to install my service myself then i pay for 20 mbps download speed and can never get more than 10 to 12 max. I have called and tried to get the company to come out I take off work on the day they are supposed to be there for them to come up with excuses why they can't show up they promises to come the next day well i can't keep missing work to get a service i pay for every month i email the company I've called they continue to take my money but won't give me the service. I'm sitting here now without tv/internet service again there is no after hour tech available so i do without service over and over but they continue to take my money PLEASE CAN SOME ONE HOLD THE ACCOUNTABLE. they tell me i need to upgrade to the 50mbps so i can get the 20 I'm paying for now. i keep emailing them with pictures of my speed that is checked on their website and still no response. Resolution Sought I would like my professional installation done or my $60.00 back and I feel I should get the service i pay for they have cheated me out of a good quality service for 10 months and i can't get them to do anything.
