This car repair doesn't know what they are doing. They had my car 3 months and still didn't fix it. All they did is charge me more and more money. Then took my car to the Mazda car place without my consent costing me even more money. I only paid $3,000 several years ago for the car. Resolution Sought Get my money back and close them down!

I have went far and beyond helping Ms Kathy my machanic had a motorcycle wreck did set me back. I let her pay me out on payments. I sent her a receipt where she paid me and still owes. after we replaced motor in Ms Kathy Mazda tribute it had to be programed which Mazda said was normal I agreed to pay $200 towards the bill. there was only one key you have to have two keys so rest of bill was hers bc she needed pay for second key and it's programming. now I went paid that whole bill so they wouldn keep It and raise price it's around $600.. it's at my shop... all I ask is she pay the $1200 owed in labor and the Mazda bill she owes me another $650 in parts but I told her I don't want her pay me for parts after Ms Kathy and her daughter raised hell at me and telling people my shop don't know what we doing. I told Ms Kathy pay labor and Mazda bill I'm done... now Mazda dealership in alexandria said was good job had to be program no matter what. all we had done we didn know about is a plug in on crank other then that it was good.. now Ms Kathy needs to pay labor and Mazda bill she can go home in it .. I'm not paying her to work on her vehicle sorry wasn't that much fun.
