I have dealt with Quick Credit for over 5 years, never late with my payment, I went in to do a renewal in April payment was due in May, I dropped off payment in the amount of $136.16, which was quoted to me by Takesha Hopkins, she called me the next day and said I was 37 cents short, how was I going to take care of this, credit card, check, debit card, money order, or I can send the payment back to you because this is a partial payment or I can send it to collections and go against your credit, she was not backing down, so I went and got a money order for $1.00 to pay her the 37 cents, I then filed a complaint with. Consumers Affairs, they reached out to quick credit and did not get a response from them, l don't know what to do next, this is ridiculous and very upsetting to me, I need something done about this Thanks Resolution Sought I need them to be held accountable and not to ever call my phone again, any contact should be in writing, no exceptions!!!!

Mr. Diamond obtained a loan from our Cayce office in South Carolina on April 11th 2023 in the amount of $1030.29 and agreed to repay it in 11 monthly installments of $136.46 beginning May 11th 2023 our records indicate payment is due on July 11th 2023 in your complaint you state that you filed a complaint with the Consumer Finance Division, but did not receive a response. Southern Finance responded to your complaint from the division on June 15th 2023. Additionally, you state that you received a telephone call from branch team members regarding a partial payment after making a payment on your account. As such, you have requested that branch team member seize communication via telephone. Branch personnel have been notified and your account has been updated accordingly. I borrowed 522.00 dollars from Covington Credit. I paid them 200.00 dollars in March and April on the loan . However my balance remained 373 .00 dollars. I ask them how this possible. Their response was interest and fees charged by state of Georgia . The maximum on loan 810 .00. There was deductions from my balance after I paid them 400.00 dollars. The quick payoff would have 743 .00 dollars. The maximum interest on was 288. 00 . I feel have been rip off . Resolution Sought I would like money back for being over charged. The loan would been payoff in three months.
