Guy came out to unclog a drain down by our garage. He unclogged the drain but didn't have the dye he needed for us to find out where it drained to. Then he charged us 275.00 for an unfinished job because he didn't offer to bring back the dye. Not only did he not finish the job, our garage flooded the same night so the job was not finished or done right. We tried to call him and left messages and also messaged him and he would not return our calls or message back. Cost us almost 300.00 and he wouldn't even call us or message us back because he knows he didn't do the job right. He also was supposed to show up at 4:00 pm and he showed up at 3:08 pm and slept in our driveway until my husband got home from work to show him where the drain was and talk to him about what was going on. Resolution Sought He needs to either refund our money for an incomplete job or job not done right or he needs to return and do the job right with no further payment from us.

I told him the drain was broke somewhere and he had not a clue where it was. I did my part and told him and he admitted on having to dig up. I can usually find them but not in this case. I think pipe is broken.
