I am a resident of southern property management. We on a trailer unit on southern property in which we pay a lot fee of $250 dollars a month. We are having constantly sewer problems in which there septic system need to be replaced or flushed out. I've been calling southern property management speaking with a Ms. laura who supervises for Southern property going on almost a week now with the concern of this matter in which nothing has been done by the individuals responsible for the septic system. We have children ages 1yr 1 month, 3, & 12 whom concern is most important because of the septic system to back up within our trailer unit with feces and waste and until southern property management does something about this I have to release the backed up waste material so contamination of it want get us all sick. This waste is building up under the trailer and around the house causing a order. Resolution Sought Accredited southern property management but we desire for Southern property management to fulfill the obligated duty to there responsibility when the problem belongs to them and not us as a resident on the property
