Southern realm property and management is renting property at 1745 james Ave to anyone who shows up with money. This property is also under section 8 housing. I have called this business twice to call me back to no response. My neighbors and I have had to put up with loud music, feeding homeless people, fighting between renter and his alcoholic mothers living next door and what now appears to be drug dealings. This man is getting section 8 help and he does not even live there but we suffer from the miss management because of Southern realm reality. I have personally called the police more times than I can remember. I have seen ambulances, city paramedic, police, show up numerous times and sometimes all together. Things are getting hot over here in capitol height with section 8, and as soon as I can get the narcotics division to work our neighborhood in getting the drug dealer out. Their are several families right next door to 1745 james ave. Something has to be done. It appears Southern realm property management could care less as long as the money rolls in. Resolution Sought Do a better job doing back ground checks on renters and giving me an email address so I can report on the tenant when they get out of line, also would like to know what the rental agreement states as to what is expected from the tenant when they move into my neighborhood. I lived here in my house for over 30 years and this is the worst I've seen it in a long time.
