Be better educated and not lie to people in the future .
12/2018 I called southern trust to come take a look at my heater it was not working. They came and told me that to get it working would cost about $10k to replace it would be 30k+ for the best model. Having worked with them for five years I trusted them & applied for credit which I was denied thankfully. I did not get it fixed. I continue to use my wood heat as I had done in the past but then summer came I wanted my central fan to work. I called the man that put this in for me 20 years ago he came to take a look at it. Within minutes he had my air going and within five minutes he told me there was nothing wrong with my heater. I have been using the heating since with no problems. I called the owner Ted regarding this he acted very concerned told me he would get right back with me which he did not. A week later I made a call asking about his cell phone number then I got a message from him. I returned the message but still have not heard back from him it has been over a month. I came home to a very messy basement due to the mildew that had collected not having my heat/air conditioner unit working. I spent two days cleaning mildew out of the basement and scrubbing walls but it will still need to be repainted. Not having the unit working I could not get the humidity out in my basement, it got mildew and will need to be repainted. I had to scrub walls while I was home instead of visit with my grandbabies because the mildew was bad in my entire basement.
