My mother was brought their after falling and breaking her hip. Baptist Desoto was the one that had taken her their. well I thought this was going to be a good place for her but the place is really bad bad off sad sad. My mother laded in the bed for 3 days before she even got any Therapy. She was begging to get bed sores on her back and when she would push the Butten for help they told her she could not keep pushing the nurse Butten so much. Not to mention she could not get out of the bed her self with a broke hip. They took her bed pan away from her and just let her be well I said something about it to a lady name Cindy which I believe he runs the place. She said she would take care of it for me, well that got taken care of. The other is I had was my mother has been their for 6 days now and she has not been offered a face mask until today 09/18/21 was the first time they even gave her one or even mention it to her or me that is not acceptable, that is no kind of responsibility what so ever to have for a place like that. It took them 3 days before she got any kid of Therapy and then they are not doing what the Dr. ordered for her to do. She is not getting her regular medical from what the Dr. at Bapisot Desoto recommended for her. My main concern is the or someone came into her room while I was visiting and I guess cleaning lady picked up the room & her teeth came up missing in a plastic bag with water and wrapped up with paper towel with a rubber band around. Resolution Sought Replace her teeth so she will be able to eat reg. food just like she was before she even got taken their, which I understand that she will never have another set like the ones she had but at least she will b able to eat real food when she gets home. They tell you to put her name on everything but you just cant write to something like that.
