Ordered 2 wheelchairs. No one was there to pick up at the curb.
Took Southwest flight 5270 from Denver to Cleveland departing at 10:35 am on May 11, 2019. Auth # UQKH1L and UR2WUM. Curb check-n at 7:00am. Ordered 2 wheelchairs for curb side pickup for my parents age 89 and 85. No one was there to pick up at curb. Told outside check in employee that I had ordered 2 wheelchairs for my parents, 89 and 85. He ask another counter personnel to call for two wheelchairs. She didn't respond. I asked her if she was a SW employee which she was and told her that I had ordered 2 wheelchairs for curb side check in. She said they were low on wheelchairs. I saw 2 sitting there and asked her if I could use those. She said they were for people who needed them. I took one of them to my mom to sit in and went back for the 2. I couldn't get it open asked the girl for help which she didn't. I was struggling with my parents and 2 pieces of luggage. I asked the girl her name which she gave me and asked for her employee ID. She accused me of grabbing her ID and I said I was going to take a picture of her to send to SW management. I understand why she was upset for wanting to take her picture. She than told me I was over the line for employees and passengers. She was the only one standing there doing nothing I didn't know where the line was or if there was. She was upset and said she was calling the police and her manager. She called 4 cops on me. Things were solved and the manager agreed with me that she should not be in customer service if she's not helping.
