Paid my deposit on the 29 of January and my service still isn't on they are trying to make me pay past due bills from 3 different accounts and trying to say I lived here in 2022 and until Oct of 2023 I never lived in this town Resolution Sought My service turned back on

THIS WAS SENT TO THE INCORRECT COMPANY/BUT IT IS OWNED BY AMERICAN ELECTRIC POWER. TWILA DUNLAP W/SWEPCO FORWARDED TO OUR OKLAHOMA CO/PSO. PER PSO: This was once a BBB complaint and it was with credit & collection because there was an account in Weatherford that has her name on it that she denies ownership. She was requested to file a police report and there is notes on her pending account as late as today where we are still waiting on her to send those documents. The C&C rep working this case is Valerie McGuirk Account 955-158-804-2 at 918 Delarice St Apt 29, Weatherford 3/31/23-7/5/23 Total dept indicated in pending acc note is 780.63. She was asked for documentation to formerly dispute past due

I have been living at my apartment for a yr and I have had prepaid electric in my name it has been turned off several times and then I get bills in other people's name it is turned back on all the sudden I have been dealing with this issue all this time so I have my apartment manager call them and they have all the other accounts closed out from who ever these people are who are opening account at my address and having the electric turned on and off under different names .the office of my apartments get it out back in their name for me and then I apply for new service in my name it works for a few days then it's turned off for occupancy lease verification which is sent to them and I am told to pay $200 cash to have service started in my name to find out that now they are telling me their have been 3 other account opened at my address and returned checks that equal $1200 and I am responsible for paying it since I have been their a year and I don't feel as if I am responsible for this I have called them several times over this issue with the electric being turned off and asked why it is in someone else name when it should of been in mine I had not ever received any bills showing it was in my name and have questioned who these other people are that are having service request at my address no answer I just am the one who is at fault and they are blaming I have no electric at this time and the weather is getting colder and I don't know what to do or who can help me get this resol Resolution Sought I would like for them to start service in my name on power pay and release the order some can have it turned on inst ad of hold me accountable for these other people's accounts at my address.
