Do not park your car here. My mom and I came back to pick up my vehicle after an MSG concert. I saw my car was readily available. When I asked if I can go ahead and pay he closed the side door on me. He came back out to chit chat with some customers. I went ahead and asked if there were other employees to assist with getting our vehicles. He definitely caught an attitude and began to express how I have to wait. Mind you there are about 25-30 customers waiting. I reacted to his attitude and began to exchange words with him. He called me a hoe, said I suck dick, called me a bitch etc. He even went as far to say I wasn't going to do anything to him and he can beat me. Whatever that means. In the end his coworker Ronald J took care of my transaction to pay. When I asked Ronald J to give me his coworkers name, he refused. So it's apparent that the idiot employee's behavior is enabled by the rest of the employees that work at this location. My mom was very nervous and scared because of all the yelling. After I dropped her off, I called 911 to file a formal complaint. The police officers let me know to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Since he didn't physically assault anyone, the police officers couldn't do much. When I get his name, I will update this review. There are plenty of other parking lots in this areas. Unfortunately I wasn't aware this unprofessional idiot would be there to receive customers. Writing this review so other won't waste their time here and Resolution Sought Find out the employees name and penalize him for his unprofessional behavior.

I stayed at the hotel in Manhattan and I had validated parking. There are two garages with the same name, but they are the same company. One of them has a contract with the hotel and the other one doesn't I went to the garage on Friday 5/7. I showed the gentleman my validated paper from the hotel. The gentleman okay said hold on to the ticket and when you come pick up the vehicle show us then. That was the opportunity for the gentleman to explain to sit the wrong garage and I would have left and went to another garage but he didn't do that he accepted the ticket and told me to hold on to it and bring it back when I come pick up my vehicle. So when I was checking out on Sunday I went back to the garage to pick up my vehicle and I showed it to them and the ticket of course it's a different gentleman at this time and he stated we don't accept that validation from that hotel I explained to him that his coworker told me that they did she called the co-worker of course his coworker said he didn't tell me that I asked him to call his manager he wouldn't call his manager he's sad as manager was okay but your coworker was off as well and you called him so I've been called the police they came and the officer look at my ticket and told the guy the ticket is from your garage. This feels like a scam. You explained to him that this was the wrong garage why couldn't your other partner have done that the gentleman became irate I don't care he got to pay $140. I explain hotel said $80. Resolution Sought I would like my $60 back and I would like for them to be investigated because they could have told me when I pulled in and show them the voucher from the hotel they could have told me I got time that it was the wrong hotel but they chose not to cuz it wanted me to park there so they can get my money
