We purchased a brand new hot tub from spa pool and barbecue show in Corpus Christi on October 17th 2021. It was delivered in the middle of February to a new home and Beeville Texas. In October we uncovered it and it's not even the hot tub we purchased. We got a Bar Harbor SE 1760 with 25 jets. We paid for a 1770 with 40 jets. Resolution Sought It doesn't work properly it came with a 120 volt cord that only calls for a designated circuit. The tec told me it needs cord removed because it needs to be rewired to 220 vac. I want the system I purchased for over $8,000.00 dollars. This is a fraudulent sale. I'm not paying another dollar for electricians are spa technicians.
