Ordered a product online April 26th they say 15 business days to ship. I've emailed sent dm's on Instagram and still nothin but a few generic messages Resolution Sought I just want my money back

I placed an order from this company on April 08th, 2022 and on there website and tiktok says 7-14 processing time. It is now may 25th, 2022 and has been more then 7-14 day and it is soon to be June in a week and I still haven't received my order yet. I've contacted and got the same message over and over again that "because tiktok is making there videos viral that is why my order is taking longer than expected" well again I placed my order on April 08th, 2022, itis now May 25th, 2022 and soon to be June in a week and I never got a conformation that my package has been shipped and no tracking number to see where we are on the process of my order. This is ridiculous for the amount of money Ive spent and amount of time I've been waiting for something that will never be delivered to me. At this point I am tired of waiting and I am asking for my full refund of $69.99 that I paid for as soon as possible but they never responded. It really is ridiculous to be waiting this long. I was really hoping for my order to be delivered and nothing has ever been updated or seem to be in the process of being delivered smh. This "company" makes me feel like yes this is a potential scam and these guys are selling fake products to people that will never arrive to them.
