Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I start with a promotion on Zoosk online dating site! Zoosk was asking 60.00 for 3months Okay so I joined Zoosk senior dating site ! Started off okay I was allowed to look At candidates I saw a candidate I would like to send a message I was allowed too Look at candidates but as soon as I tried to send another message to another candidate it may have been two I tried but Zoosk stopped me immediately so I waited a few days start again same thing happened! I wrote a complaint someone Answered my Complaint her name was Annabell S. She seemed not to understanding what I wanted ! I wrote again to her she again responded but I still didn't get results I needed ! So I waited and tried again with a letter and another complaint! This time I don't remember next person name! But I know I was not able to send messages to candidates! Third and final try Zoosk would not allow me to choose a candidate They said on their site they were having trouble with their messages or something so I go back to the site just to look at candidates And choose one to go back and forth with messages! Which I have never tried At any rate Zoosk would not allow unless I. Paid an extra bonus price ! This was offer twice I have not paid anymore to Zoosk I tried because many times because I knew they would not refund any thing in fact they wanted more money or they Just want use any service! That is it in a nutshell Anita R Riley Resolution Sought Either do as they said they would do as far helping find a candidates to message that or those candidates Do what is necessary for me too find candidates and stop cutting me off of visually selecting some candidates and allowing me to messages candidates without charging more money! They have my 60 dollars I want my money back if they can't complied or will not! Stand by their product ! And do as they indicated In their promotional Also I don't need one of there's associate's sending

Payed , then was unable to get back on site then payed again . Asked for refund get a automated response and problem not solved Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded 226
