If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I asked for a refund 1 day after joining the site. 100 of the people I came in contact with were scammers and fake accounts. (I have emails from Christian Mingle showing me who was removed.) They have refused to give me my money back. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund.

I have been off and on SilverSingles for a decade, at this time the system has completely fallen apart. Someone, somewhere in the World has set up an algorithm where 'a single person' is listed in a 'profile picture', as if they were actively seeking a partner. These pictures that I continually get, have a phone number scribbled across the picture. This is illegal, and is outside the community guidelines that support the SilverSingles system that I paid for to begin with. I have reported this again and again to SilverSingles, along with the fact that you can set your match requisites within 50 mi so that you don't get someone from North Carolina, Montana or Miami. This is bogus and a total lie, because: I continuously get hit on by women from North Carolina, Montana and Miami. What a ripoff!! There are obviously editors involved @ SS, so that a subscriber like me won't put something sketchy in their profile. It seems they would have a 'photo recognition system' to see that someone scribbled a phone number across a picture that I guarantee is not even a picture of the individual you made us think you were. This is fraud to have people pay for a service intending to get a list of the individuals that are single and silver and local that you can actually date. Resolution Sought Fix the system so that it's not abused. It blows the point to advertise for an app that leads you to believe you can engage in introductions so you can date, and then get zero results because the system is overloaded by jackwagons. Ridiculous. This isn't how America works and it's clearly how America gets messed up by inefficient systems that don't perform with the intention that you paid for. Just sayin'
