Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I placed an online order on 11/2 and confirmation e-mail stats 2-3 week deliver time. Now they have stated it will not arrive before christmas. only orders during their black friday sale 11/23-11/27 will ship before Christmas not mine. It will ship in January. Resolution Sought Ship the produce ASAP.
