ACP said they did not drop me from the program so I want to know how my bill went from $45 a month to almost $200. Spadklight said I needed to contact the ACP because they said it is something they did. So I need them to contact sparklight to see what's going on. Resolution Sought To straighten out my payment so it's back to $45 a month and disregard that almost $200 bill.

The customer never started the second step of the ACP Program by going to our site. She received a credit for $262.50. Customer advised that they must complete the second step many times during calls.
