I started a meal prep subscription with this company back on August 15,2024. As always I purchase 2 meal subscriptions which are 181.25 ech for 2 weeks totaling 362.50 to be delivered every Wednesday. The website allows you to advance purchase. However there was error on their behalf where I didn't get a delivery on my second week. So I compromised and let them credit my order for the next week. This week September 25, 2024 same occurrence no email from UPS to confirm my order meaning they forgot my order again . Also I sent 3 emails regarding this week order I got one response saying they will check their UPS system but no follow up. Not only the communication is not great I also purchased seamoss gel on my first order on August 15,2024 which was $25.00 . I never received it . I contacted several times about it. They never refunded me or followed up. Also I received spoiled food I was promised replacements never got it. Every week I have to throw away a meal. Even when I get it I learn to freeze it right away and it's still spoiled I emailed them about that and they never responded . Conclusion the communication and not rendering services after purchasing is not the way to do business. Their website states no refund but in this case they should since I never received my purchases. Also I did email them about a red as always no response. Resolution Sought At this point just refund me my money to my card. I will not be continuing services.
