I had to call a locksmith. I locked out of house. It took him less than 30 minutes. He charged me 582. Being elderly I was afraid what would happen if I didn't sign and give him the money because I live alone. Three days after I called management they called me back. He offered to give me 150. Dollars back. If he was not in the wrong why would he offer me anything. He said they charge that much because they are good. After I started to see the average cost for this job the most was 150. I believe he scared me because I'm elderly and wasn't familiar with the cost of a locksmith. They do not have a office. He said they work remotely. It also would not let me put a review. I told him it would be reasonable for him to reimburse me 300. Pleas help. That was almost half my ss check. Resolution Sought 300. Of of the 600. I paid him. It was 582. But I gave him 600. I didn't have change.
