Bought a car from Special H motors set up a auto payment with him when I seen the payment didn't come out called and set up a different automatic payment they took the payment they came and took the car from my job said I was late on the first payment Dylan the owner said he was sorry and was going to fix it as long as we worked with him we did everything he asked then he turned around and said he can't help us kept the car and r down money and the payment never telling us the card wasn't expected so we were late on the first payment so he could repo the car Resolution Sought At least refund my Down money

Im truly so sorry about what happened with your car getting repossessed. As I have tried to explain to you before, Im the dealer you got the car from, but the deal is between you and the bank. The bank repossessed your car. Yes I did try and help you by talking to the bank but unfortunately they tried to collect payment 3 times and were not able to get payment. The bank stuck to the repossession on the car and refused to continue your loan. I helped you collect your belongings from the car that you mentioned were very important to you. I even tried to get you approved with a different bank but unfortunately the application was declined due to the recent repossession. There is really nothing I can do about this as the dealer. In addition, the car came back smoked in, broken front struts, bad tie rods, worn brakes, exhaust leak and needing cleaning among other things. This is not beneficial to me whatsoever. Not only am I out the money the bank originally gave me before the repo, but now I am out all the reconditioning that the vehicle needs. Aside from that, telling me your going to slander my name everywhere and do whatever you can to hurt me, and calling and leaving voicemails calling me scum, dirtbag and every other word the f word is unacceptable.
