Dr Steven Arbit needs to be put under investigation for fraud.

This doctor has been very discriminatory towards myself. Has prescribed medication without advising how to take. Later altered dictation in front of me accused me of having memory loss. Refuses to fill necessary forms and scripts without additional cash payment. Also very dismissive and disrespectful to the extent of calling me names. And controlling. Request the he is not compensated and is put under investigation for fraud.
