Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. I sent the dolly to the Owner of SLS. Mortgage Company today. I have had an Account for 5 years and I have been in A VISCOUS Circle for a month and a half with SLS. I am Absolutely at my END trying to speak with Unqualified employees as EVERYTIME you call EVERYONE gives you a Different Version of company policies!!!! I had to come home as I was driving and take a nerve pill, because I now received another version of what I can do from about the 8th or 9th. Different person that I have talked to at SLS!!! I had Covid and my Heater went out in December. I asked if I could Defer my payment. Joseph said send me me this & that and after $54.00 of Copying and Faxing at UPS... I called to see if he received everything ok the next person that answered told me WE DO NOT DO DEFERMENTS!! After I faxed and copied numerous documents for 2 weeks!!!! Then... Sue tells me and she was Very Professional and said you can break it up by paying $602.64 for 6 months. I said that is GREAT!!! So I go to pay online yesterday and it states that I need to pay 2 months. I called today and the guy tells me he has no idea where I got that amount from that I need to pay $700 something dollars for my $516.24 Mortgage Payment. I went CRAZY and I used Profanity and I am Very Sorry but this Company has pushed Me WAY PASS ANY LIMIT a Company Should!!! Please Call Me ASAP!!! SLS Account # 1014970622 - PS. Please acknowledge that. Resolution Sought The Owner, Brad Satz to email me or Call Me and solve this Never ending Nightmare!!!!
