I called them I need a payment expedited the suggested Western Union I had to pay a 50.50 fee to expedite I paid on the 30th it wasn't 30 day late till the 2nd i was given confirmation that email was sent and received from western union to SLS of guaranteed funds they marked my credit report as 30 days late Resolution Sought To take that 30 days late off my credit report or refund the expedited fee

My finance company keeps giving me the runaround on getting the money my insurance paid to get my house fixed this has been going on for over a year every time I contact them they say they never received or they lost required documents from my insurance. Resolution Sought Release the money needed to fix my house.
