My car was repossessed by this company and I was told that they would dispose of my personal belongings that are in that car within 30 days out of the 60 days that they are required to hold my property until I am able to retrieve my belongings .my car was repossessed on Oct 3rd and I told them that I would be able to retrieve my personal property on November 3rd . My property is worth 3000.00 dollars. I can't make it from Vero beach to Jacksonville FL til November 3rd and they said they hold personal property for 60 days. 60 days dates on December 3rd not November 3rd. I have the email confirming what they said. Resolution Sought For them to hold my property til I can make it to retrieve it without any issues or discrepancies involved.

Be advised that this lender/client requires us to hold personal property for 60 days. Not sure where she is getting the 30 days from. A personal property redemption appointment has been set for Ms. Jaeger on 11/03/2023. She has received the following confirmation of this appointment from our scheduler: Outgoing text to 9125581629: Specialize.. Property Appt CONFIRMED 5320 Springfield Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32208 11/3 2:00pm Bring a picture ID. Your fee is $No fees / C05247. There really is nothing for her to complain about at this time.
