I took my truck to the C Speck Motors in Sunnyside, Wa. With a broken valve spring. They broke a bolt in the head , the cracked the rails taking it off. They tore my leather seats, they broke my air conditioner, they broke my seat heat/AC they swapped my original BOSE speaker's with something else , they put my engine back together not to speck like it was and even clamped my negative battery cable between the block and the heads , my catalytic converter is now out and when I mentioned all these problems they gave me attitude and were very unprofessional, they then gave me someone else to work with that is nicer but did not do much to rectify other than telling me they did , but now my brakes don't work , my engine revs super high, I took them the truck the last week of March 2023and I just picked it up today 12/18/23 and my brakes don't work, my headlight are very low and even the bolt in my gas tank entrance is missing, I don't know what to do their manager Carlos is no better , he offered me 500$ to do what I needed but has yet to produce even though to fix my AC is 600$ they were charging me 1300 saying they would pick up half but when I had someone else call them to see what it would cost to fix. They were told 600. They have scammed me and my warranty and left my truck un drivable . I need help, holding them accountable. I have heard stories about them doing similar things to other people then hide behind the big company name. Resolution Sought I would like for them to pay a real reputable Chevy dealer to fix all they have broken as this is my daily driver. And I have children.

Ms. Chavez had her 2014 Silverado with 167,000 miles towed into our faclity in March 2023. The vehicle was not returning and they had (or had another repair facility) replace spark plugs and wires and thought it needed a valve spring replacement. After diagnosis, our technician verified the concern wit ha visual inspection and the scanner showing a P0300 cylinder misfire code. He found that multiple spark-plug wire boots were not fully covering the spark plugs as well as the cylinders 1 and 3 arching to the heat shield. He properly secured the spark-plug boots and tried restarting the engine. The engine was resistant to starting, but when it did, there was ticking noise toward the left cylinder head, a hissing noise from the intake maniford and found the broken intake valve spring on cylinder 1. The protocol is to begin the repair process by replacing the broken spring. In addition to the initial concern, it was also found that the engine cooler lines were leaking, the timing cover was leaking, the abs / traction control and brake lights were on, and a supreme oil change was needed. These repairs were authorized by the customer and their extended warranty that did cover $7057 of the repairs needed on the vehicle. There were 14 additional recommendtions made by the Technician that Ms. Chavez deferred to include: alignment due to upper ball joint play, transmission flush, brake system flush, cooling system flushes, differential services, and more. In reference to Ms. Chavez claims of damage to her vehicle, the bolt was broken in 3 spots in the cylinder head when the technician went to repair the exhaust leak. This is somewhat common in older vehicles due to road time and that it's a steel bolt in an aluminum head. Furthermore, Speck Motors did not tear any leather seats or change out any speaker system. The dealership did goodwill a seat repair as a goodwill gesture for the customer as well as a discount for A/C repair because the vehicle was down for a long time with a substantial amount of work needed. The vehicle has further issues as mentioned above.
